Witch’s Tit- Results
So we waited a few days for the results. The only remarkable thing about these four days is that I had the most debilitating case of constipation you could possibly conceive of. Sorry, TMI, but what do you expect from someone who posted surgery pictures on their blog? You, my fine and very few readers, get the whole scoop. Or poop, as it were.
I was just returning to the car from Rite Aid, toting my newly procured six pack of enemas when the doctor called. Yeah, he got all the calcifications. Booyah. But he didn’t take enough “marginal” tissue, so I had to have another surgery. My reaction was far from marginal.
Also, there will be a super fun round of radiation on poor Pancho just to make sure the cancer won’t grow back. At least when I take the dogs out at night I will be able to use my boob instead of a flashlight.
I don’t mean to sound ungrateful. I know people, my own people included, go through much, much, worse than this. The news was good that my boob is now cancer free. But another surgery??? I guess another six pack of enemas is in order…
The surgery is scheduled for 1:45 today. I am blogging while I wait to go to the hospital. This time won’t involve the ol’ boob hook or a visit to the vise at least. Gotta go and polish up some new material to try out on the surgery techs!
